How do payments work?

All services must be paid via Paypal invoice, or electronic transaction of author choice, such as Venmo, Cashapp, etc.

How much are the services C2CE offer?

Pricing depends on manuscript word count, and will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to hold your position. The deposit does go towards your final total, which must be paid in full before receiving the full, completed works.

If I don't receive the completed work before final payments, how will I know that it's fully completed?

Upon completion, you will receive the first 20 pages of your serviced manuscript. Once that is approved and accepted, final payment will be made (if haven't been made already) and the full completed serviced manuscript will be delivered.

If I get a developmental edit, will the editor also fix my grammar and punctuation?

No. The dev. editor only focuses on story.

I need a developmental edit, but want it faster than the estimated time. Is there an option for that?

Yes. To expedite a dev. edit, the price will be $.04 a word, instead of the standard $.03 a word. Please check availability. ​

Can I inquire about services not mentioned?

​Yes. On rare occasion we have been able to help those that needed a small or obscure service done with their manuscript. Please inquire​​

I want to self-publish. Will you be able to help me?

Yes! We have many links, videos, and blogs - that are continuously growing - about this subject. We also offer a 'self publish' single session, where we chat for an hour about the process. Send you links to helpful resources, as well as an email going over what we discussed. ​
